I have advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and perinatal psychiatry (certified through Postpartum Health International). I have also served as a consultant to primary care physicians in several settings.

I previously worked with veterans as a staff psychiatrist at VA San Diego and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of California San Diego, where I helped train and supervise resident physicians.

Apart from my private practice, I currently see patients with trauma-related mental health conditions at North County Family Justice Center’s Trauma Recovery Center.

In addition to outpatient practice, I have worked with patients in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric units, primary care clinics, drug rehabilitation, and emergency settings. My extensive experience in various treatment settings allows me to provide exceptional care to patients across a range of illness severity.
