I have advanced clinical training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, perinatal psychiatry (certified through Postpartum Health International), and collaborative/integrated care. I have served as a consultant to primary care physicians in several settings.
My prior experience includes serving as a staff psychiatrist at VA San Diego and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of California San Diego, where I helped train and supervise resident physicians.
I am currently seeing patients at North County Family Justice Center’s Trauma Recovery Center, where I treat victims of violence with trauma-related mental health conditions.
In addition to outpatient practice, I have worked with patients in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric units, primary care clinics, drug rehabilitation, and emergency settings. My extensive experience in various treatment settings allows me to provide exceptional care to patients across a range of illness severity.
